Our check in time is at 2.00pm and check out is at 11.00am.

If you wish to check in earlier, we can make an exception provided the room has been available from previous night.

For late checkout before 4.00pm, quarter a day rate will apply otherwise after 3.00pm quarter a day rate will incur.

Individual Bookings:

  • Free Cancellation Period: we offer a free cancellation period, typically up to 72 hours before check-in and 30days for Group bookings. This means you can cancel your reservation without penalty if done within this timeframe.
  • Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel your booking outside of the free cancellation period or fail to show up (no-show), you may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay or the full booking amount.

Group Bookings:

  • Deposits: We require a deposit at the time of booking for group reservations. This deposit is typically non-refundable if the booking is cancelled 30 days or more, depending on the hotel’s policy.
  • Cut-off Date: There is usually a cut-off date by which attendees must confirm their attendance or the number of rooms needed. Changes or cancellations after this date may result in penalties.
  • Cancellation Fees: If the entire group booking is cancelled within a certain period before the check-in date (often 30 days or more), the hotel may charge a cancellation fee or forfeit the deposit.
  • Attrition Clause: In cases group agrees to pay for a certain percentage of rooms booked even if not all are filled or if attendees cancel.

Please ensure you fill out a registration form prior to check in. You will need your passport to complete your registration form.

We accept online payments, card payments, in some cases cash payments, and direct deposits. You will be issued a payment receipt for all cash transactions in our guesthouse.

Guests are kindly asked to maintain minimal noise levels, especially during the evening and early morning hours. This helps ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

We want to ensure everyone enjoys a pleasant stay at our guesthouse, so smoking and vaping are not allowed inside. However, if you’d like to smoke, we have lovely outdoor areas and a car park where you can do so! Just please keep a good distance from other guests to make sure everyone feels comfortable. 

Please be advised that pets are not permitted on the premises.

To ensure a pleasant experience for our house guests, we kindly request that all visitors leave the premises by 10:00 PM. This allows for a peaceful atmosphere and ensures that our guests can relax and enjoy their stay without any disturbances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

We kindly ask our guests to approach the home and its furnishings with the utmost care and consideration. This includes handling all items—such as furniture, decor, and appliances—gently and thoughtfully. Please ensure that all surfaces are kept clean and free from spills, and always return items to their rightful places after use. By treating our space with respect, you contribute to a welcoming environment for everyone. Thank you for your attention to these details!

The shared kitchen and dining area serve as communal spaces where residents can gather to prepare and enjoy meals together. In this vibrant environment, individuals are encouraged to engage in friendly conversations while cooking or sharing a dining experience. It is essential for everyone to take personal responsibility for maintaining cleanliness and organization in these areas. This includes promptly washing and putting away any dishes used, wiping down counters and tables after each meal, and disposing of food waste properly. By ensuring that these communal spaces remain tidy and welcoming, everyone can enjoy a positive and harmonious living experience.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we kindly ask that guests maintain cleanliness in the bathrooms and respect the privacy of fellow guests.

For safety and security, it is important for guests to lock all doors and windows before leaving the premises.

The available Wi-Fi is intended for basic browsing and is not suitable for downloading or streaming videos. Please note that access is limited. If you require additional data, it can be purchased through reservations.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. To promote energy conservation, please remember to turn off any electrical appliances when they are not in use.

We kindly ask our guests to uphold cleanliness and treat the property and its inhabitants with respect. Please be aware that any loss of property or deliberate damages will result in charges. Additionally, we request that guests do not remove any items from the rooms; otherwise, fees will be applied at checkout. It is also important to return room or apartment keys to the reservations desk upon departure. Failure to do so will incur an additional charge of $50 to $100. Thank you for your cooperation.
